About

Social Media

I’m an Australian-American based in San Diego, California, an advocate for mental health and legal awareness, insurance agent, and salesman. This blog is a place where I can share my experiences, perspectives, and thoughts on the things that matter to me—and hopefully start some meaningful conversations along the way.

Life has taught me a lot about resilience, empathy, and perspective. I live with a disability, a traumatic brain injury and facial paralysis, experiences that have shaped the way I see the world and given me a personal understanding of challenges that aren’t always visible to others.

Those experiences are a big reason why I care about mental health, advocacy, and creating more open conversations around the things people sometimes struggle to talk about. I also like to focus on legal awareness and the importance of understanding your rights, knowing your options, and advocating for yourself when you need to.

In sales and insurance, I’ve learned that sometimes the most important thing you can do is simply become more informed. While work and professional life may make its way into these pages, this blog site is about much more. It’s about people, life experiences, awareness, resilience, and the topics we’re all a part of.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong sports fan and love the energy, community, and connection that sports bring. I enjoy meaningful relationships, having an appreciation for women, and finding plenty of reasons to laugh along the way.

This is a space for real conversations, personal perspective, awareness, and hopefully a little inspiration.

Thanks for being here.
